About Case Managers Community
Case Managers Community was founded by Deanna Cooper Gillingham, RN, CCM. Her first project, the test prep book CCM Certification Made Easy: Your Guide to Passing the Certified Case Manager Exam, was created out of the frustration she encountered searching for a reliable and complete study resource.
Created by a case manager, for case managers, the book quickly went on to become a bestseller and an important resource. Thousands of case managers have purchased and studied it to allow them to prepare for and successfully pass the Certified Case Manager (CCM) Exam.
To meet the needs of case managers preparing for certification, Deanna decided to develop a number of additional resources and brought on her partner Abi Carmen. Abi’s over 30 years of experience in business, website development and marketing allowed Deanna to focus on creating resources, while Abi handled the “details”.
One of the resources developed by the new partnership was the Facebook Group ‘Case Managers Community‘. A place for case managers to come to support each other on their journey to certification and beyond.
Now we are rolling out a new online course, Case Management Certification Review Course and decided to house it on a website named after the supportive Case Managers Community.
Proudly Serving All Case Managers Nationwide
We realize not everyone has the time and resources to invest in attending a live Case Management Review Course, so we bring the review course to you. Case managers nationwide can attend our course where they want, when they want and as often as they want.

Formerly from Chicago (26 cold years) but since January 2003 I have been living in Destin, Florida one of the most beautiful towns in the world. Aside from the laid back atmosphere, Destin and the surrounding 16 little beach enclaves are home to some of the most gorgeous white sand beaches I have ever seen in the 18+ countries I have been to. With my move South, I have created an abundance in my life due to the commitment, perseverance, positive attitude, personal development and what I love most, just being me.
There is so much power within us all if we just figure out how to discover it or find a mentor to help us realize it. We were created for greatness, each of us in our own right, to touch and impact the lives of others. We were created with all the ‘stuff’ we need to succeed but somewhere along the way, we adopted belief systems that have kept us from reaching our full potential in life.
